FAQ's

How do the classes work?

You start an overall warm-up and stretch before going crazy for the remaining hour – jumping, squatting, running, and much more.

What should I bring to the class?

Water and a towel and of course all the energy you can muster.

How long are the classes

All classes, personal and group training sessions are for one hour.

What can I expect?

You can expect a large variety of exercises and people of all ages and fitness levels. All we ask is that you give us your best and don't compare yourself with others. A lot of our exercises are time based, so you complete as much as you can within that time.

Do I need to be fit?

NO. We cater for all ages and fitness levels and everyone works at their own pace.

How soon will I see results?

This depends on how often you train and how much you put into it. If you train 3 times a week and give it all you've got, then you should expect to see results within 2 to 3 weeks.

What if I have an injury?

We can structure exercise to work with or around your injury but you MUST tell us beforehand. Please let us know immediately if an injury occurs during a training session.

What about the weather?

If the weather is nice we may train outside, but most of the time training sessions are completed indoors.

What about diet

Your diet is a key part to being healthy and I can help you achieve this by writing you a healthy eating plan.
