We run fitness programs and boot camps, but can also run personalised, private group training for you and your friends or work mates.

These can be tailored around your fitness levels, goals, availability and so on. Whatever your needs, Group Training will allow you to get exactly what you're looking for.

Boot Camps

Even though it may sound scary, Boot Camps and general fitness programs are a whole lot of fun! These include a large variety of exercises and are suitable for all ages and capabilities.

Classes include cardio, body weight exercises, dumbbells, bars, kettle bells, boxing and a whole lot more. Plus, you work at your own pace and all exercises can be adjusted to suit you.

We run a variety of programs throughout the year with times to suit most busy people. These include before and after work times, as well as our very popular 9:30am time slot after school drop off.
